IAL has successfully completed a large number of robotic applications for high-speed packaging and assembly machines in FMCG, Dairy, Pharmaceutical and Manufacturing industries.
Our systems are installed across Australia and New Zealand. We use world leading brands such as DENSO, OMRON, Universal Robots and Kuka.
During the initial design phase, we carefully select the right robot for the right application and engineer a solution that meets the client’s scope. To reduce commissioning time, we use simulation tools right at the start of the project to prove the robots functionality, reach and cycle time.
Machine Vision
IAL has completed a large range of projects involving Machine Vision in New Zealand. The applications range from Robotic guidance, product inspection for quality assurance, 2D barcodes, QR Codes, measurement, and inspection of timber billets.We carefully select the best brands for the application which are:
