CSL Tray Packer

The Cheese Systems Ltd (CSL) Tray Packer was designed and built in collaboration with Integrated Automation Ltd (IAL). This system is the culmination of more than 15 years of producing high level engineered systems between both companies.

IAL is the exclusive distributor of Denso robotics in New Zealand and Australia.

The CSL Tray Packer has been designed to receive a stack of pre-packaged cheese slices.

These stacks are then managed according to the packing format and placed into preformed plastic trays or clamshells.
