Controls Engineer
Nathan, Controls Engineer. Develops electrical control solutions comprised of electrical design, PLC programming, operator interfaces and helps with electrical installations for our clients.
Nathan joined the company in 2022. He spent the last 10 years in the electrical industry doing everything from commercial building installations to industrial machine control applications. Nathan completed an electrical trade certification after his schooling years then moved on to Auckland university for 3 – 4 years, switching between majors in physics, mathematics, and chemistry before moving into his first role.
Outside of Nathan’s very hard-working life, he enjoys a variety of hobbies, sports and activities which include gardening, washing, cleaning up after his kids, operating dishwashing machines and tumble dryers… and the occasional game of football. Nathan enjoys designing and installing new machinery, exploring new technology and thinking of ways to integrate his knowledge to create the best possible solutions for our customers.
