Business Manager
Debra Ryan is the companies Business Manager and looks after all things Finance, HR and Administration.
She has a B.A in Psychology and has worked as a group therapist then later as in HR for Fonterra and National HR Manager for a large accounting firm.
Debra has supported IAL since it’s inception in 2006. After finishing maternity leave in 2013 she started formally in the company. After hours, Debra is kept busy with her twins and enjoys pilates and relaxing with a good book.
